Monitoring, Evaluating, and Reporting Systems

The University takes affirmative steps to:

1. ensure the University’s Compliance and Ethics Program is followed, including monitoring and auditing to detect criminal conduct;
2. periodically evaluate the Compliance and Ethics Program’s effectiveness; and
3. maintain and publicize a system, whereby members of the University community may report a concern or seek guidance regarding potential or actual criminal conduct or improper activities without fear of retaliation.
