Compliance Standards

UNC Charlotte’s Compliance and Ethics Program focuses on promoting an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with the law and University policy. To ensure this takes place, the Office of Ethics, Policy, and Compliance exercises due diligence to prevent and detect criminal conduct and Improper Activities (see University Policy 803, Reporting and Investigation of Suspected Improper Activities and Whistleblower Protection). In designing, implementing, and enforcing the University’s Compliance and Ethics Program, the Office of Ethics, Policy, and Compliance adheres to the following standards:
